Sequoyah Birthplace Museum in Vonore, TN will be celebrating Sequoyah Remembrance Day and Sequoyah’s contribution to the Cherokee people by creating a writing system, the Cherokee Syllabary. Free admission to the museum from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
