From Farm to Table

Welcome to the charchurie trail

This trail will take you on a journey where the road leads straight to the source. Travel scenic backroads, meet the farmers and makers behind your food, and experience where it’s grown, raised, and crafted. Along the way, stop at working farms to sample flavors, collect unique gifts, and connect with the stories behind every ingredient. Your adventure culminates at The Peach Street Grill, where a thoughtfully prepared culinary experience brings together the ingredients you discovered along the trail. Come hungry, leave inspired, and savor the journey from farm to table.

Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center in Tellico Plains Tenessee

The Visitor Center isn’t a farm itself, it’s an essential stop on the trail. It’s the perfect place to discover even more farms throughout our county that aren’t featured on the Charcuterie Trail. We want travelers to be inspired to explore beyond the trail experience and connect with even more local farms. The Visitor Center also features specialty products made with ingredients from local farmers, giving visitors another great way to taste and shop local.
