Indulge your sense of adventure with a one-of-a-kind traveling tasting experience designed especially for charcuterie lovers. This curated driving trail invites guests to journey from farm to table — and ultimately, from farm to charcuterie board — discovering the finest local flavors along the way.

Travel scenic backroads to charming farms, vineyards, and specialty producers, where each stop highlights an ingredient worthy of the perfect spread. Sip regional wines, sample handcrafted cheeses, savor savory prosciutto, and uncover seasonal delights that elevate every board.

Along the way, guests can shop each stop for locally made ingredients, gathering everything needed to build their own one-of-a-kind charcuterie board. From artisanal meats and cheeses to fresh breads, preserves, and perfectly paired wines, every purchase tells the story of the place it came from.

At every location, guests receive a special gift, making the experience not only delicious but memorable. It’s more than a trail — it’s a flavorful adventure celebrating local makers, beautiful landscapes, and the art of gathering around a beautifully crafted charcuterie board.

Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center in Tellico Plains Tenessee

The Visitor Center isn’t a farm itself, it’s an essential stop on the trail. It’s the perfect place to discover even more farms throughout our county that aren’t featured on the Charcuterie Trail. We want travelers to be inspired to explore beyond the trail experience and connect with even more local farms. The Visitor Center also features specialty products made with ingredients from local farmers, giving visitors another great way to taste and shop local.
